How to Setup Auto Reply in Gmail to Send Messages Automatically

For Example:If you are going to village where there is no internet connection.But you have to reply to some important emails.Don’t know what to do?
With simple trick you can reply to the emails even without internet.
Just enable auto reply option in Gmail and write the text which you want to send as message.You can customize it in your desired way.Let’s see how to Enable Auto Reply feature in Gmail.

How to Activate auto reply in Gmail 

Log in to your Gmail Account and click on the gear box at the right top.
Go to Settings.

In the General Tab just scroll down to see “Vacation responder” option.By default vacation Responder is Off ,Just enable it.Now you will find Subject and Text Boxes.

Write the Subject and text (when you will be back from vacation).
Even you can choose the time period (How many days you will be on Vacation).
For suppose you have set Vacation time for 3 Days.If you get any messages in these 3 days gmail automatically gives reply on behalf of you.
Don’t want to reply every email then simply click on the option “Only send a response to people in my Contacts“.
Note:If you are a Google App user then You will find another Option.
“only send a response to people your domain”.This will enable auto reply to only users in your Domain.
Click on the save changes.
Banner would appear on the top of the Gmail Page,which displays the subject of vacation.To stop Gmail from automatically sending the response, click End now within the banner.
Note:Messages classified as spam and messages addressed to a mailing list you subscribe to will not receive a vacation response
