How to Track Blue Dart Courier Order Using Waybill / Reference number / Airwaybill number

The tracking of shipment can be done by various means for the period of 45 days from the date of dispatch. It facilitates to track your shipment status in the following ways:

1)Online Tracking:

An easy way to track Blue Dart courier order status is visit Blue dart’s official website and track the status of the domestic / international shipments using Airway Bill or Reference number. Enter the required Airway Bill or Reference number by using ‘Tracking’ box on the top, left side of the web page or the Tracking page.
If the shipment is done through BlueDart, you will receive a copy of your Waybill. The waybill has a distinct number which can vary between 8 to 11 digits  to track your shipment.
•Select the Waybill option in TrackDartTM
•Give your waybill number in the box provided
•To track more than one waybill, separate each waybill number by a comma.
•After entering waybill number Click on go Regular customer of BlueDart, will receive your Order Number or a Reference number to track your shipment
•Select the Waybill option in TrackDartTM
•Give your waybill number in the box provided
•To track more than one waybill, separate each waybill number by a comma.
•After entering waybill number Click on go

2)Mobile Tracking:

If you don’t have internet access there is another easy way to track your shipment status is using SMS / WAP. Two options are offered through mobile tracking. One is to check current status of shipment and other second one is to get delivery intimation.

To know details of current status of consignment, you can send SMS in following format to 56767
T<WayBill/ReferenceNumber>

To get message on delivery of shipment , you can send SMS in following format to 56767
I <WayBill / Reference Number>

3)Email Tracking:

Bluedart also provides another option to customers who cannot access Bluedart website and who cannot send SMS, can use email.

To know the current status of your shipment by Waybill Number, Mail to track@bluedart.com with Waybill Number in Subject field or email body text.

To track consignment by Reference / Order Number, Mail to trackref@bluedart.com with Reference / Order Number in Subject field.

Bluedart customers can also get automated email upon successful delivery of courier package. Just send mail to intimateme@bluedart.com with Waybill Number in Subject field.

4)Customer Care Contact Number:

The tracking could not be done through you can call Bluedart customer care number. Bluedart has 24 hours counters..
