Internet Speed depends on many external and internal factors.You can not do anything with external factors to increase the speed of internet.But One internal factor helps you in increasing the internet speed gpedit.msc by a little margin.The Factor is “Windows reserves 20 percent of bandwidth for its use (quality and Service)”.You can use this windows reserved bandwidth to increase the internet speed.Just set windows reserved bandwidth to zero and you are done with it.

How to Set Windows Reserved Bandwidth To Zero

To force your computer use 100% of bandwith you have to set Windows reserved bandwidth to zero.
 
Steps to Set windows Reserved 20% Bandwidth to Zero
 
1)Go to Start Menu.Click Run then type and press enter.Now this would open Group Policy Editor window.

2)Go to Local Computer Policy and click on Computer configuration.It gives you three options
a)Software Settings
b)Windows Settings
c)Administrative Templates
Click on the Administrative Templates Option available.
 
3)Clicking on Administrative Templates gives you Six options

Click on the network option available
4)Now go to QoS Packet Sheduler and double click on it.

5)Then click on Limit the Reservable Bandwidth Option.
By Default Limit Reservable Bandwidth is  not configured.You have to enable it.
